If you have witnessed or experienced harassment, abuse, threats, fraud, exploitation, or any behavior that makes you feel unsafe on Smara, please report it here. All reports are reviewed confidentially.
If you or someone else is in immediate physical danger, please contact your local emergency services first.
What can you report?
- •Harassment, bullying, or intimidation
- •Hate speech or discriminatory conduct
- •Sexual misconduct or inappropriate content
- •Threats of violence or physical harm
- •Fraud, scams, or deceptive fundraising
- •Privacy violation or doxxing
- •Child safety concern
- •Impersonation or fake accounts
- •Dangerous or extremist content
- •Other safety concern
Submit a Safety Report
Provide as much detail as possible. Your identity will be kept confidential.
What happens after you report?
- 1Your report is received and logged by our Trust & Safety team.
- 2We review the reported content, account, or behavior within 24-48 hours.
- 3If a violation is confirmed, we take enforcement action which may include content removal, account restrictions, or permanent suspension.
- 4For severe cases involving threats of harm, exploitation of minors, or illegal activity, we may report the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities.
- 5You may be contacted for additional details if needed. Your identity is kept confidential.
