Smara — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Smara ("the App"), operated by SNR Technosystems Inc ("we", "us", "our", "the Company"), including the website at smara.life, help.smara.life, and any associated mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Smara. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using the App, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account using Email OTP, Google OAuth, or Apple OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Permitted Use

Smara is a devotional companion application. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial devotional, spiritual, educational, and community purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create and share on Smara. By posting content, you grant Smara a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating and providing the App. You represent that you have all necessary rights to share any content you post.

Smara may remove any content that violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law, without prior notice.

6. Community Features and Sangam

Use of Sangam, events, messaging, and other community features is subject to these Terms and the Smara Sangam Community Guidelines. Organizers are independently responsible for their Sangams. Smara does not endorse, supervise, or assume liability for user-organized content, events, or interactions.

7. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation or security
• Use the App to distribute malware or harmful content
• Create multiple accounts to evade enforcement

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, content, logos, trademarks, and all intellectual property, is owned by SNR Technosystems Inc and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Smara does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or harmful components.

Spiritual content provided through Smara is for informational and devotional purposes only and does not constitute professional religious, medical, legal, or financial advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNR TECHNOSYSTEMS INC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SNR Technosystems Inc and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of any third party.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property, indemnification, limitation of liability, and governing law.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
