Account Restriction or Suspension

If your account violates Smara's Community Guidelines, it may be restricted or suspended depending on the severity and frequency of violations.

Types of Actions

| Action | Effect | Duration | |--------|--------|----------| | Warning | A notification that your content or behavior violated guidelines. No feature restrictions. | N/A | | Temporary restriction | Limited ability to post, comment, or create events. You can still browse and listen to mantras. | 1-30 days | | Temporary suspension | Full account access is paused. You cannot sign in during the suspension period. | 7-90 days | | Permanent suspension | Account is permanently disabled and cannot be recovered. | Permanent |

Common Reasons for Action

Repeated harassment or bullying
Hate speech or discriminatory content
Persistent spam or self-promotion
Sharing inappropriate or offensive material
Impersonation of other users or organizations
Circumventing previous restrictions

How You Will Be Notified

You will receive an in-app notification and/or email explaining the action taken and the reason. The notification will include the duration of any restriction or suspension.
