How Mantra Playback Works
Smara includes a library of 108 sacred mantras with professionally recorded audio. Here is how to use the mantra playback feature.
Playing a Mantra
- Navigate to the Mantras section from the home screen or bottom navigation
- Browse the mantra library or search by deity, tradition, or name
- Tap on a mantra to open the playback screen
- Press the Play button to begin listening
Playback Features
- Repeat Mode -- Loop a single mantra for extended chanting sessions
- Mantra Text -- View the mantra text in your selected language alongside the audio
- Background Playback -- Continue listening while using other parts of the app
- Progress Tracking -- Your listening activity is recorded in your Sadhana tracker

- Use headphones for an immersive devotional experience
