How to Reach Us
- Open the Smara app and go to Profile
- Tap Help & Support
- Tap Submit a Request
- Fill in the following details:
- Subject -- A brief description of your issue
- Category -- Select the area related to your issue (Account, Playback, Community, etc.)
- Description -- Provide as much detail as possible about what you are experiencing
- Tap Submit
Tips for Faster Resolution
- Include your device model and operating system version
- Describe the steps that led to the issue
- Attach screenshots if they help illustrate the problem
- Check the Help Center for answers before submitting, as your question may already be covered
Response Time
Our support team typically responds within 24 to 48 hours. You will receive a reply via the email associated with your Smara account.
