How to Submit a Support Request

How to Reach Us

  1. Open the Smara app and go to Profile
  2. Tap Help & Support
  3. Tap Submit a Request
  4. Fill in the following details:
    • Subject -- A brief description of your issue
    • Category -- Select the area related to your issue (Account, Playback, Community, etc.)
    • Description -- Provide as much detail as possible about what you are experiencing
  5. Tap Submit

Tips for Faster Resolution

  • Include your device model and operating system version
  • Describe the steps that led to the issue
  • Attach screenshots if they help illustrate the problem
  • Check the Help Center for answers before submitting, as your question may already be covered

Response Time

Our support team typically responds within 24 to 48 hours. You will receive a reply via the email associated with your Smara account.
