How to Join a Sangam

Joining a Sangam connects you with a community of fellow devotees. Here is how to find and join one.

Steps to Join

1. Open the Smara app and tap Sangam from the bottom navigation
2. Browse the list of available Sangams or use the Search bar
3. Filter by tradition, language, or location to narrow your results
4. Tap on a Sangam to view its details, including description and member count
5. Tap Join Sangam to become a member

After Joining

• You will see the Sangam in your My Sangams list
• You will receive notifications about community events and updates
• You can participate in group discussions and shared activities

Leaving a Sangam

If you wish to leave a Sangam, go to the Sangam page, tap the settings icon, and select Leave Sangam. You can rejoin at any time.
