Refund Policy

Smara subscriptions are billed through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Refund policies are governed by the respective platform.

Requesting a Refund

Since payments are processed by your app store, refund requests must be submitted through the same platform:

  • Google Play — Visit Google Play Refund or open Google Play > tap your profile > Payments & subscriptions > Budget & order history > select the transaction > Request a refund.
  • Apple App Store — Visit Apple Report a Problem and sign in with your Apple ID to request a refund for the transaction.

Refund Eligibility

Refund decisions are made by Google or Apple based on their policies. Common eligible scenarios include:

  • Accidental purchase
  • Unauthorized transaction
  • Technical issue preventing access to subscribed content

After a Refund

If a refund is approved and your subscription is cancelled, your access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing period, after which it will revert to the free tier.
