Restore a Purchase

If you reinstalled Smara or switched to a new device and your subscription is not showing, you can restore your purchase.

How to Restore

  1. Open Smara and sign in with the same account you used for the original purchase.
  2. Go to Profile > Subscription.
  3. Tap Restore Purchase.
  4. The app will verify your subscription with your app store (Google Play or Apple App Store).
  5. Once verified, your premium features will be re-activated immediately.

Requirements

  • You must be signed in to the same Google or Apple account that was used for the original subscription purchase.
  • You must be signed in to the same Smara account.
  • Your subscription must still be active (not expired or cancelled).

If Restore Does Not Work

  • Check your app store — Verify that your subscription is still active in Google Play or Apple App Store subscription settings.
  • Check your account — Make sure you are signed into the correct Smara account and the correct app store account.
  • Update the app — Ensure you are running the latest version of Smara.

If the issue persists, contact support with your transaction receipt or order ID so we can investigate.
