Restore a Purchase
If you reinstalled Smara or switched to a new device and your subscription is not showing, you can restore your purchase.
How to Restore
- Open Smara and sign in with the same account you used for the original purchase.
- Go to Profile > Subscription.
- Tap Restore Purchase.
- The app will verify your subscription with your app store (Google Play or Apple App Store).
- Once verified, your premium features will be re-activated immediately.
Requirements
- You must be signed in to the same Google or Apple account that was used for the original subscription purchase.
- You must be signed in to the same Smara account.
- Your subscription must still be active (not expired or cancelled).
If Restore Does Not Work
- Check your app store — Verify that your subscription is still active in Google Play or Apple App Store subscription settings.
- Check your account — Make sure you are signed into the correct Smara account and the correct app store account.
- Update the app — Ensure you are running the latest version of Smara.
If the issue persists, contact support with your transaction receipt or order ID so we can investigate.
