App Not Loading

If Smara is not loading or you are experiencing a blank screen, try these steps.

Quick Fixes

1. Check your internet connection -- Smara requires an active internet connection. Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
2. Force close and reopen -- Close the app completely and open it again.
3. Restart your device -- A simple restart can resolve many temporary issues.

If the Problem Persists

4. Update the app -- Go to the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and check for updates. Running the latest version resolves most issues.
5. Clear app cache -- Go to your device Settings, find Smara in the app list, and tap Clear Cache. This will not delete your account data.
6. Reinstall the app -- Uninstall Smara and install it again from your app store. Your account and data are preserved on our servers.
