Login OTP Not Received

If you are trying to sign in with Email OTP and the verification code has not arrived, try the following steps.

Step 1: Check Spam and Junk Folders

The OTP email may have been filtered by your email provider. Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders for an email from Smara.

Step 2: Verify Your Email Address

Ensure you typed the correct email address on the sign-in screen. Even a small typo will send the OTP to the wrong address.

Step 3: Wait and Retry

OTP delivery can sometimes be delayed by a few minutes. Wait at least 60 seconds before requesting a new code. Requesting too many codes in quick succession may trigger a temporary cooldown.

Step 4: Check Email Filters

If you use email filters or rules, make sure emails from Smara are not being automatically archived, deleted, or redirected.

Step 5: Try a Different Email

If you registered with multiple methods (Email, Google, Apple), try signing in with an alternative method to access your account.

Step 6: Add Smara to Safe Senders

To prevent future delivery issues, add Smara's sending email address to your contacts or safe senders list.

Still Not Working?

If none of the above steps resolve the issue, contact support with the email address you are using and the approximate time you requested the OTP. Our team can investigate delivery issues on the backend.
